Its been after about a year or so... and after some considerations, I have decided to switch my blog to a new space. to LIVE JOURNAL! Some how I prefer LJ. Maybe its the simple templates? It just seems so much more user friendly! After the resizing and style problems I encountered here. I thought I'll jump the boat now! This will still remains of cause and I might just drop back in often as well! :)

Its up at 26th or there? Not sure if by the end of the day it'll reach the top? It was raining cats and dogs for the past morning to noon! I am excited! :) Will check it out later again!

Going back to my SCV for now... Anyway Zach vomited again :( No cough again. Just "Pueeerrrrr" and all out! Poor boy!

E-F Skybridge is hoisted up finally!

Great news! Progression is on finally! E - F Skybridge is one of the most massive or rather I think it is the heaviest structure as compared to the rest of the bridges. And its hoisted up, I believe early this morning at about 5am as posted by some forumers. I am talking about Pinnacle@Duxton! Since I am in block G. Chances of us getting the keys earlier is very much possible! Partial TOP. Maybe I'll pop by later for a closer look and snap some shots! Not working anyway! Decided to take a day off! ;) Lets rock it Pinnacle!

Spot that little rectangular black block? Thats the skybridge and its hoisted! I think its about up 10-15 floor now?

Taken this yesterday while he was engrossed in his Barney. ;) haha. He's fun! Simply fun. We went Suntec yesterday as well and went to the children section, he had train rides, bouncing castle and refused to leave! Cried big time! Really BIG time! Darn! Hard to pacify him. Eyes were all on us! I mean its Suntec on a Sunday (Mothers' Days!) Bad boy! Anyway we ended the day at Tonkichi for Mothers' Day dinner. Damage - $179! Sis settled $79 though. Good Jap food!

Poor Zach vomited so badly yesterday at home. All on my bed. No cough! He simply just puked out!! So poor thing! By the time I responded to carry him out of the bed. Too late! Bed stained. After that he still carried on to puke on the floor. He was like suffering! Pains our heart! He's sleeping soundly now.

Now I am having a spinning head!

All ready to leave my house for soccer at Henderson Sec, shut the door but realised that I forgotten about my mobile. Went back in and get it and saw a message time 6:05am. "soccer cancelled due to overnight rain" Crap! I am gonna score some beautiful goals today! Projected in my mind ;) Darn! I'm like so looking forward to kick around after the Friday's walkover. Darn! Now on sofa slacking away, reading forums and news. And Zach's still sleeping, maybe I'll wake him up to entertain me ? ;)

Today is Mother's Day. Probably gonna have a dinner or maybe lunch out later. Lately family's has not been meeting up due to some problem on my Brother's side. Let's see how later, if not I'll probably still ask Mum out for a meal. Come on its Mother's Day eh! Hope they can make it. ( I'll drop em a sms now! .... TEXT SENT!)

On 7-05-08, Pinnacle@Duxton is 5% ours! Yep! The day we been waiting for, signing the agreement for lease. Paid 5% which amounted to about $33k there about. Thus the house is 5% owned! Cool! Pinnacle I am coming for you! 'ho sei la'. Someone from myhometown managed to get some pictures of the S1 unit. Its about the same as ours. Just that ours has a planter. Zach...Wake up soon ok? Daddy's gonna bite you! ;) I think I wanna surprised him by going to get another Thomas and Friends from Tiong Bahru Plaza. hehe. But Mum and Bao would probably go "waste money again!" hehe. 4D nothing near as usual... Darn I need some extra cash flow for this month's bills! And of course some gadgets! In love with Camera Canon EOS series.. Mark II! Expensive toy. At the same time drooling over the 17' macbookpro. But spending on 17' macbookpro seems like a waste of money since I am using the 15'. But the size makes it "I gotta have it!" Ahhhh sold City Dev too early. Could had make additional $4k!! But winnings I had given Mum anyway. I gotta unlock my cash flow man! Too much bills! House coming and all. Looking at the direction of " FOUR DIGIT" ;)

Wolverine : Origin - COOL GAME! This is a must buy must play game, I completed it in less then 2 days. It was more of 12 hours or play time for me. Got the game 12pm, played till 11pm! Carried on the following day, left only 2 hours playtime. Completed. Will probably tried the 'difficult' mode later! Watched the movie with Bao too. Well I would say the game is better! Rocks! :) This is a 8/10 for me! I tend to finish game too fast! Now my PS3 will rest till the new games comes... maybe not once I start the 'difficult' mode. Sure thing!

Until the Doctor told me there's this thing known as the 3D scan! We immediately opt for it! First when we saw the print outs, we were like... he seems to have chubby cheeks!! This baby could be a FAT FAT one! hahah... And indeed!! Its really what it is! He came out with chubby cheeks!! Gosh I miss the days when he was still so small!! Now he is full of nonsense!!

Caught up with Old Friends

Finally I managed to catch up with my bunch of friends.yesterday at Siglap. Not all but some. Biling, James, Huimei, Josh, Madeline, Ead, Shihui (Jen, don't really recall this name! )...who else huh? Its been awhile since I last saw them. Great to have met them up. It was like an update to me initially! hehe. And I found out Quanwei is attached! After all these while... haha. Finally! And I heard he is signing up on the marriage prep course or something like that! I am amazed! ;) Tell me about it! Will love to meet his babe soon! If time permits, I'll bring Zach and meet em up soon!

Its good to be home! But Zach's not home! Out with Bao! Hmmmm boring! I miss him so much! Miss his smell, miss his touch, miss his voice! I hope I will not have to stay in for my job due to the current "Swine Flu" or rather Influenza A. Its getting worst... Juz heard the news it might go to level 6 out of a possible 6! That's pandemic! If so I might need to be isolated back in office for 4 weeks!! That would means.... NO FAMILY LIFE! Its like doing time! Not good! Crap! Just gotta pray for the best... For now Singapore is still clear. As in no suspected case. God, its time You do something! Or is it already being done?? (THIS??)

Are we going back to SARS period?? Darn! I hope not... Sad man. Affectionate lovers. Too bad, we need the masks on!

Sold off all stocks on hand. Actually the last 2 lots belongs to Mum. Made just $700+ if kept to the end of the day, it would be additional $1,900 in profit! Stupid market... Well there's always tomorrow. Though heart ached!!

Can't stand it no more... I miss Zach! I need him home now!! Gonna snap some shots of him soon!!

Its been a tiring week! So I am staying home with Zach! Kendice is about to go for her tution! Ahhh she's been making me stressed out lately! Tution Center called me complaint about her... again! Tired !! So I am staying home today and play with this boy!! He's playing with iPhone now! Ohhh I got a iPod Touch! And he knows how to tell which is iPod and iPhone! Hearing him say " iPod" haha so funny! Here's a picture with Zach and me! Lying on the bed...He kept saying " Daddy Wo Yao Pai Zhao" Ahhh he's so fun!!

Here's something I did for fun! Always wanted to do it... getting him to do all the fun faces! Here it is! Haha... I like the 'SAD' face. He does not look abit sad at all! Thats the fun part! He tries hard! I simply wanna BITE him now! ( I go bite him!!)

Probably later I'll be bringing him out... Cross over to Tiong Bahru Plaza shop around. Ahhh can't stand this boy!! He's so fun!! Ohhh by the way if you notice, Zach's hair is so short!! Bao's sister is with us now, staying here for 2 months. She was the one who trimmed Zach's hair!! And its so badly done!! Got bald patches!! I was angry!!

Now Zach is bothering me now!! "Daddy I wanna eat Donuts!!" no peace with him around!! ;) but its happy stress. haha.

Ok Ok Donuts!! But this is my lunch! Ate 2 pieces already! Its toasted bread with melted cheese and Ikea hotdog! ;)

Been awhile since I even log on this blog. Tired and lazy. Not been feeling that good lately too. Its a Saturday anyway! Right now I am home with Zach. Somehow I am like lost for words. What's up whats up? I wonder. Now what am I talking? That time of the month? Speaking senseless stuffs? Boy... What's happening infact!? No idea. Just no good feeling!!

Probably I'll take Zach out soon. Where to? Bring him for lunch...Bring him get some toys? Night time gonna go for mahjong session. On that, I'm back on my losing streak. Not good not good. Nothing new. Ahhhhh... somehow I just don't feel right these days!! Not happy... Just wrong! As again...whatever it is. LOOK AT ZACH! All will be fine.

Painful Yesterday...

I could had been $50,000 richer. My car number almost opened 1st prize!!! It opened 9158!!! Where my Alfa is 9518!!! Thats $50,000 gone just like that! I am so sad. This money could had come in so handy. Ahhhhhh its just not right! This car number had opened so many time jumbled. Its always so near yet so far. What can I say about this ride? Unlucky ride. Handy but unlucky ride. Made a wrong choice afterall? Sad Sad. My family could be enjoying so much today if it had been 9518!! Ahhhh today is a complain blog. :( I still trying to get a hold of my luck. All so wasted... Its really once in a blue blue moon. Or rather this $50,000 could had even help me out so much the Pinnacle@Duxton. It would help out the renovation or even the cash top up!! Disappointed!! Ahhhhhhhh try again!! :) Maybe tonight!?? 9518??? Lets be hopeful!! Time to move on for now!!

Probably later gonna bring the kids to Wild Wild wet at Downtown East. Kendice had been longing to go there. I guess Zach would love it so much too. But .... I'm kinda lazy! heh. Still I';; bring them... Oh well oh well...

Still waiting for news on my Pinnacle@Duxton application on the appeal of higher loan and the AHG Grant. HDB is really not efficient. Hopefully some answers soon!! The wait is killing! Also the contractors seems to be taking their own sweet time building up the estate. Seems like nothing much had changed the past month. Getting keys by 2009 seems rather impossible.

Right... Gonna go prepare myself! Stomachache now!!!

Ouch! its a PAINFUL day!

Pain!! I did not buy system for my Pinnacle house number! And it opened 1148!! Thats $500 gone!! I was wanting to save up some money this weekend. Sure enough, its simply a bad call. And there goes $500! And my car number once again missed by a number! 5518. Last one I missed by the same digit also at 7518! This car number seems like a curse to be always missing by 1 digit! Wonder when will it be the exact opening combination! 4D is so HARD! Hah of course it is!

Anyway HDB had replied the HLE for my application for Pinnacle. The loan quantum is only at $390,600. That would means I have to top up in cash about $40k after deducting all from my CPF OA. I am appealing to HDB. But I doubt they will entertain. Haizzz. Lets see how! At least I know I can own Pinnacle@Duxton afterall! Can't wait to move in!! Ohh Block G's crane is being dismantle already! Hopefully I can get my keys by September!! ;) In time for a birthday celebration at Pinnacle? Dream on!

Today we went to Sister's daughter Denise 3rd Birthday party at Downtown East. Its a kid's playground paradise! Zach had a wonderful time! He sweat it out! So did I!! Following him through those tunnels... hehe. Too bad camera was OUT! Thus no pictures!! Darn! Kendice, too had a amazing time! Soon she'll feel out of place for such places. She's 12! :)

Botenical Gardens followed by Haw Pa Villa

Brought them to Botenical Gardens yesterday morning followed by Haw Pa Villa in the noon. It was a long day! Ended with dinner at Great World City Jack's Place where we celebrated Bao's Mum birthday with a simple cake. I am sure she was very pleased with that simple celebration.

Botenical Gardens. Its been quite a number of years since I last visited that park. Well the last time I think it was like 6 years or more ago? For Mum it was easily more then 10 years or maybe 20! haha. Dad used to bring her there during their courting days. Imagine those years!

This was taken at a man-made water fall just outside the Orchid garden. Nicely taken! Anyway Bao's Mum loves Orchid so much. She seems to be very knowledgeable on flowers.

Here's the cheeky boy at the entrance. He sure enjoyed himself so much yesterday. Took so many pictures of him. More to come on! ;) anyway he is back in Childcare today... hehe he cried big time when I sent him there this morning.

Father and Mother In-Laws in Singapore

Yesterday both my Father and Mother In-laws came to Singapore. Wife was so excited about it that she could not sleep the previous day and woke up so early on that day. She's now out with them, I think at Chinatown. While I am home, looking after Zach. He's still in his dream land. So I picked them up at Terminal 1 at about 5pm. And we headed back home to unload the stuffs. After that I brought them to East Coast to have the Korean BBQ for dinner. $215! Ouch!

Ordered 3 plates of beef and 1 plate of Pork. The food's wonderful! That explains the cost. I did not really ate alot. As in the beef! Next time I'll go with wife and eat all I want! ;)

Zach was playing with the water melons through out and made the table and himself so dirty. Thus I told him Auntie scold!! Guess what? He did his sulking face again! He was like showing us the angry "BU KAN YUAN" face!! So cute!! It lasted for awhile! The waitresses there were all laughing!! Haha he is really so fun!!

Thomas and Friends

Morning went over to Liping's place for her baby's 1st month celebration. Seems like all the kids grew so much! :) haha. :) Gotta admit we are old! I mean Zach's already grown so much! What can we expect!? Anyway after that brought Kendice and Zach with Mum and Bao to Jurong Point for the LIVE show! Thomas and Friends! It was a short show heh! But thats enough to make Zach go crazy! He was so excited! Managed to take a picture of him with the Fat Controller and Thomas!

He was actually crying! Cause he wouldn't wanna wait for his turn to go up the stage! He wanted to go up immediately! hehe. After that he went home a satisfied boy! :)

Could see that he was trying to sing along! From that distance, he was like mumbling and mumbling! Cute :) Ohhh I uploaded a video of Zach on Youtube! And here it is! Finally after some time, here's another video! Cool!

Can you make what songs he sang? He's so fun! :) Love this boy so much!! But he is so mischievous!! Can really buay tahan one man!! But I love it! I simply love it!! :) I love him being this way! hehe.

Ohhh... I strike consolation prize last week twice :) Small money! $420 in all! And yesterday I won $310 on mahjong at Minah's place!! Too bad today no 4D luck!! Next Wednesday!! Gotta strike BIG time for a good renovation for my Pinnacle!! Talking about that, I hope HDB come back to me soon on my HLE!!! Its been 2 weeks!!! And of course hopefully Brother had also processed my CPF investment for me. Ask him to do things for me always take his own sweet time. Haizzzz

TIME TO SLEEP!! I hate Mondays!!

Lately been feeling very tired. Always been dozing off easily. Don't know why, just want to sleep almost all the time. Aged? Or sick? Darn. Even when I am having fun on PS3! I could doze off within a short time! Maybe I've been stressed!! Over work? Over Pinnacle? Over Kendice or even Zach? Hmmm... don't think I will know the answer. Darn what am I talking? Mumbling nonsenses again.

Ahhhh Zach is in the room! And he closed my room door! Naughty fellow! He's grown so much, and he knows so many things now! He can sing, talk and shout at you! All in the name of fun! :) He's really so fun. Actually I wanted to bring him to Jurong Point just now. Cause there's Thomas and Friends live show! He'll love it so much but I was too tired after soccer and he needed some sleep too. So I guess we'll go tomorrow after Liping's son first month party!

About Pinnacle @ Duxton, think the project is being delayed again. Heard so much rumors that there are problems linking up the sky bridges. With that, many are not confident that it'll be handed over to HDB anytime soon. Ahhhhh, the wait is killing! Infact the wait for the HLE (Housing Loan Eligibility) is worst! Some said 1 week will have reply from HDB, but...Ahhhh nothinG!! Its been 2 weeks! Yawns. HDB is so slow. Simple thing yet so long!

Tomorrow I'll load up some latest pictures of Zach! Kendice if she does not do that blink again!

Attached is the Pinnacle @ Duxton layout of all the 7 blocks in all! My future unit would be block 1G unit #14-81. It would be the extreme right of the map. Further away from Outram MRT. Looking at it closely. It seems to be in between Tanjong Pagar MRT and Outram MRT. Wonder which is nearer?

I am wondering if there are basement carpark afterall for block 1G? So many forumers posted that the basement carpark only avail for block 1A to block 1E. But in this brochure that HDB sent stated clearly that there will be basement carpark for the whole establishment! The problem is when some future residents call up HDB and asked, they themselves are not clear! hah. Looking at the entire estate, it seems that this will be a very HOT one! So many shops, foodcourt and even a childcare center! There will be a RC on the 26th floor sky garden! I am so excited!! I even met up with Colin from Cisceern and he will be giving me a quote on the interior deign! Abit early! Even HDB yet to come back to me on the loan! My first house! Of course I am being excited :)

Gotta send my dear Zach to child care now!! :) Gotta post some pictures of the kids soon :)

I GOT PINNACLE (ED) @ DUXTON!!!

Can you believe this!!? I got it!! I got it!!! I cannot be more thankful then anyone now!! Its a blessing afterall!! Haha after all that complaints! And now I got a flat at Pinnacle @ Duxton!! Well my appointment as posted before was on the 02 March and queue number was at 500 with only 60 S1 apartments for Chinese quota! My chance to even select a flat looked a gonner back then! I was like monitoring the flats left every few minutes!! And when it was a day before my appointment there were like 26 units left! With not much choices left we choose the one that was the highest at level 14th! Unit is #14-81 !

Above is the floorplan for my new house! Its 95m sq! Bigger then the current one we're residing in! But I guess its due to the planter! :)

There you can see my future unit!! :) Its at BLOCK G! There are 7 blocks in all!! The choices like I said were so little to choose from. Wanted the block 1A which was nearest to Outram MRT but the only available unit was only at 6th floor and 7th floor. Thus after much consideration we selected Block 1G, #14-81.

Today I just went down to HDB to submit the Housing Loan Eligibility form and some other forms. Now the only thing we can do is wait. Wait for HDB to revert back if my loan is successful? This is the crucial part. I am hoping they would loan me the maximum loan of $400K to $450k. With that the monthly will be tough. But had work out with Mum that we will rent out this Jalan Membina flat out and hopefully we can get about $2,000 to $2,200 in rental and pay for Pinnacle. Win Win situation! So I am crossing my fingers now that the HDB loan be approved to the max!! If not, all dream dashed!!

This picture was taken sometime back, there is much more progress up till today! The HDB officer who attended to me told me that we should be able to get the keys on about the 4th Quarter of 2009 which is December 09! I wish it would be true! Infact after reading on the Pinnacle forum, it seems that it was supposed to be handed over about this period to HDB! I guess the economy crisis is taking its toll on construction after-all! The wait is gonna be killing!! Imagine my own house and with such a premier location! This is really a dream home man! Right in the heart of the City! Did not get a high floor but the location of this flat is cool enough! There is a Sky Garden on the 26th and 50th storey! And I heard that it would be resident accessible only?? Can't confirm this yet... If its true! Its Wooo! Condo style man! haha.

Found this picture on the forums! Wooo this is nice man! I would love to have my living rom like this! Simple yet nice and cool!! Modern I guess! On renovation, I had approached an old friend Colin from SWOG. Infact I'll be meeting him tomorrow to do some simple discussion! Budget I guess would be about $35k max?? Probably gonna take a reno loan la. Gotta make this house stand out man!

I am so excited now!! But for now I had told my brother to stop my CPF investment of about $47k which I think left about $40K. Need it for the downpayment!! Whatever it is... Gotta wait for HDB to come back to me on my loan!!!

Got PR for Kendice

And today marks an important day! Kendice finally got her Singapore Permanent Resident status! Great news! She is really happy though I always tell her I'm not gonna get PR status for her if she keep giving us so much problems! Hah... empty threats anyway. Hope she'll do well in her studies and not stress us no more!! Congrats my girl! You are a Singapore Permanent Resident finally! 3 years time, we'll apply for Singapore Citizen!

Oh... came home today opened the letter box, and I got a hugh envelope from HDB. Its an invitation to select the Pinnacle@Duxton!! COOL!! Wait a minute!! NOT COOL AT ALL! Infact I find it STUPID!! Its exactly the same as last time!! I got a super huge number after balloting... and could not get a date to select a flat. So I gave up. But HDB sent me the same letter back then and invited me for a flat selection! But even before my date to select.. ALL FLATS WERE TAKEN UP!!! This time round... My queue number is 500!!! And there are only 117 flats for selection and only 60 for CHINESE!!! And I fall into CHINESE!!! So the answer is very clear!! Its gonna be another WASTE OF TIME!! Darn... I tried 5 times in all balloting for flats and 5 times I get NOTHING! I gave up on the idea of balloting for a flat. I totally gave up!! And now they send me this "HOPELESS" invite. HDB... Why are you doing this!!?!?! The system totally sucks!! Its sad... I accepted the fact I have no luck in getting a new flat, now they gave me hope... but obviously its false hope!

I give up...again. Infact, this time I feel worst!! Getting a flat in Pinnacle is like a dream to me. Well... its known as "DOUBLE BLOW"

Yawns... Tired Tired! Gonna send Baby Zach to childcare soon! He's watching his usual Barney at the living room now. hehe. And he so into it now. Probably he's gonna cry later when I tell him its time to leave! Lately its so hard to send him to childcare! Always cry!! He's grown so much already. And that always makes me wonder, will he be a hard to teach son soon? Kendice has been a total disappointment, especially lately. So many complaints from school. Teachers calling saying her performance dipped and always not passing up her homework! When I asked her if she had completed her homework, she always say all done!! Haizzz... Later in the noon, we'll gonna go ICA get Kendice's PR! It had been approved! Thats great news! Finally!! Waited quite awhile. Once her PR formalities are completed, I assume that the school fees I'm paying monthly will be reduce quite significantly! That'll be so much lighter for me financially!! Cool!!

So whats up with me lately? Not been cycling due to my right knee being really pain at the slightest movement! Haiz!! I might need to consult a specialist. So meanwhile I'm doing alot of gaming! And the latest inclusion is F.E.A.R 2! Started yesterday and having lotsa fun! :) hehe. Tonight gonna whack more time on it!

The one I completed before! Its the Metal Gear Solid 4! :) I must say it is one of the BEST game out there!! I should had gotten this game right from the start but I tried the DEMO back then I did not like it! I wonder why! Decided to get it and try and darn! Its the best beside Uncharted!! :) But MGS4, the game is so emotional!! haha. And it seems to be like watching a movie!! Great Great! Now my games collection stands at 13! All within a span of 2 months?? hehe. More adding to the collection in time! hehe...

9618 this time it opened!! Its only consolation but still... Its like OMG! Give up on this car chances to strike even something! Wasting more and more money only! Arghhh. haha. Getting crazy over this ride! Maybe its time to sell it! But too much top up to the bank, thus its impossible for now!! But.. hey! I won mahjong yesterday! Could had won like $500 but the last round was totally bad... In the end I won $210! :)

Zach's sleeping now. He's having diarrhea. He's having watery stools now. He's always sick, cough, flu and now this. Poor little boy, but on the brighter side, he's always so active regardless of his health :) He gotta be a really optimistic boy! Pinning all my hopes on him! As in hopefully he'll grow up to be someone "wow". (define that wow) haha.

Bao and Kendice are at Mum's stall now. Oh Mum has a new helper at her stall now... Good!! Now Bao would not need to go to the stall during the night hours! :) But I doubt this worker will stay long!! Darn!!

Somehow I feel stress lately... work?? Money?? or what?? I don't know!! Just feel tired! Ahhhhh luckily I have been playing Playstation 3!! Got alot of games lately!!

Infact I had completed these 2 games!! The one on the right was completed in 2 days! The Afro was completed today! :) More games coming my way!! This is certainly one way to de-stress myself from all crap happening!!

Once again!! My car number missed by a digit!! It opened 9516!! It simply wouldn't open 9518!! I am starting to really hate this car!! Or rather the number!! $2,500 gone!!! SHIT! Its always so close!! I've come close way too many times, and I must say, the feeling sure suxs! hehe. When will it open!!?? I mean 9518!! I have been driving this car for 2 years coming March. And its always near miss!! Ahhhhhhhh. Pain Pain!!!

As for Chinese New Year... Its a recession for many! The value of the "Ang Pao" dropped so much! On the average, my relatives only gave $4!! Thats rather .... errr. Oh well nevermind! I gave $10 for Father's side and $6 on Mother's side. Maybe I gave too much!! Then again... Maybe one's generosity pays?? The answer is " NO!" haha... I lost mahjong like nobody's business! Wait what I am talking? Of course my losses on mahjong concerns no one! So its certainly no one's business!! I am crazy... Lost too much I must reckon. Keep losing and losing, from winning $600 and at the 4th round I lost $280 on Friday! And I just played at Liyan's place and I lost $36! Regardless big or small ... I will lose!! Ha Ha Ha!! (Laughing myself!!) Bottom line... How is this CNY? Its down down down on my fortune!!

Painful Chinese New Year

Lost mahjong on 2 days. About $200. And today's 4D another pain. Bought 1912 but 2nd prize opened 1812!!! Thats $15,000 miss. What a way to start new year!! I rather it came nothing near. Its so painful. This number was placed when I saw the movie "Seven Pounds" it was one of the house number in the movie. Haizzzz almost turned a fluke moment into wonder.

Not just that, starters opened 6751 and 0951 and I bought my usual 0751. Ran 3 sets in a single day. So moody now. Very very sad. If only I strike today, it would be a wonderful start... Really really sad!!! Missed so many times. 4D seems so impossible to strike! Arrrghhhh...

Tomorrow would be the 1st day of the Chinese New Year. Let's hope for great things to happen.

Just "Nebulized" Zach!

Just gave him his medication and put him on the Nebulizer machine for about 10 mins. Today its so simple! He simply lied on the sofa with the mask on and obediently lay there quiet for the entire process! :)

Before this he gave me a hard time! Keep crying for Mummy! So I had to coaxed him! He kept wanting me to play the "falling down" game with him, where he ride his scooter and asked me ride on his motorbike and deliberately fall down and he follows! haha... funny!! He kept laughing! When I stopped, he cried again! haha. I have my means to silent him though!! (cane!!) haha. He's just so fun to be with!!

Anyway today I packed my drawer in my room. Sure hell messy! Came across some old diary I wrote when I was 14 or 15. So funny reading them! I wrote alot last time! Its really fun to read all these old stuffs! ;)

Zach still sick...

Did not go work today, brought Zach back to Singapore Baby & Child Clinic as his cough hasn't improve after taking a week of medication. Doctor Vella explained to me the reasons, can't really understand the medical explanation! All I know Zach's still not well. So he wants Zach to use the Nebulizer machine for 3 days and then back to him for a review. Thus Friday I will have to bring Zach back to the clinic. Today the bill amounted up to $180! Previously it was $153! PD is really expensive. Hope Zach can get well soon!!

This is the machine and breathing apparatus that Zach has to use for 3 times a days for 3 days. Kinda funny when the nurse first taught me how to use. I mean funny as in Zach's reaction! hah. Anyway Zach is probably one of the few kids around who seems to love to take his medication! haha so funny!! :)

Anyway I just returned from cycling from Mount Fabar, did 3 laps normal and 1 steep climb. Well today I must say I was much faster but!! I vomited!! Cuz before riding I ate quite alot of "Zhu Chang Fen". Bao made them. And immediately I left for the ride!! Darn feeling so uncomfortable now!! hehe. Greedy!! haha. Nevertheless it was a good ride today! Feel much fitter! :)

Met up with family for dinner, together with Sister and Brother. Brother managed to join us after his Doctor gave him permission to leave the hospital for awhile. Anyway we ate at Coca steamboat. My treat but Sister wanted to pay half. Total bill - $371! Scary! Oh well, once awhile I guess that's fine. Anyway it was for Kendice's celebration. She is turning 12 soon! How time passes!! I tried taking so many shots for her but almost 99% of it, she close her eyes!! This one is the best!! Haizzzz, can really get pissed taking picture for her!! The cake cost $71, it was pre-ordered few days back. Kendice love the cake! Its the High School Musical 3 cake! (still have a big portion in the refrigerator).

Still gotta get Kendice a present! :) The actual date of her birthday is on the 22nd Jan anyway! ;)

Can't believe it! Brother crashed again! I did not ride with him as I needed to rest due to coming back only morning after mahjong. Saw the SMS he sent. Saying "Hospital now, bad accident, face head " Haizzz... Called him immediately, and he's in Gleneagles now. Not sure if he's gonna be admitted but I think so. It'll be safer to do yet another head scan. Really don't understand why he keep falling?? It was not like this last time when he was cycling competitively!! Just feels so wrong! Made all of us so worried once again. Haizzzz. Gotta pay him a visit later. Looks like Brother and Jiayi would not be joining dinner cum celebrating Kendice's Birthday. Sad.

Not a game for me anymore. I guess I can finally conclude it. 2008 has been rather low year for me. Lost quite some. Maybe try 2009, a new start a new year, maybe the luck will come? I just returned from Leonard's place. Lost $190. Just 3 days back I lost $300. It used to be like - win, win, lose, win, win, lose, win, win, win, and so forth! But its totally like lose, lose, lose, lose, lose, lose, lose! Funny huh? Maybe I should really stop? Darn! haha.. don't think I will stop though. Laugh about it! Just play with it! Live with it! Darn! ;)

Anyway Brother is buying a Condominium at Woodlands. He wanted his back loan to be approve, so he needed to have as much money in his bank account for the bank loan to be approved easier, Guess what? I transfered $10,000 to him but got the wrong account number!! Bonkers! Now the money is missing over the wires! I supposed that account I sent wrongly is an invalid account. Lets hope the money will be bounce back soon! Gotta pay for STOCKS!! Darn! Unlucky...so Unlucky.

I'm so tired ... started mahjong at 11:45am and only returned back home at 7:00am. I better be sleeping now. Tomorrow gotta celebrate Kendice's 12th Birthday over dinner with family. Bought her a High School Muscial Birthday Cake :) Bet she'll love it when she sees it later tonight!! will load some pictures up later!!

Zach is sick once again!

Brought him to see the Doctor this morning at 9:30am. Missed work, applied a day of child sick leave. Zach's been having the on and off cough and a running nose for I think close to a month! Visited different GP but the sickness just wouldn't go away! So I decided to bring him to a Pediatric at Ang Mo Kio, Singapore Babay and Child Clinic. Gonna feed him his medication soon. Hopefully he'll recover soon. Pains us to see him coughing and coughing and when he cough hard, he tends to vomit. Infact he's running a 37.2˚C fever now. Darn! The Doctor who attended to Zach was an Indian male Doctor, he told us Zach is very sensitive to anything. Thus a simple bite would be bad enough for him. He told us not to let him eat anymore sweets, cold drinks and avoid some fruits. Jiat liat! Oops!

That cheeky smile again. :) This was taken on Saturday I believe. Wait... or is it Sunday? Anyway that day we went Marina for steamboat. Following that brought them to Fort Canning park and guess what!? hah...We went to pick SAGA SEEDS! :) Or better known as "Xiang Si Dou" Bao never saw this before and was amazed by the color of the seed when we visited the zoo back then. So I brought her to Fort Canning park and luck was on our side as that place where I parked, climbed a slope and quite some for us to pick! Zach was asleep in his pram then. Sad to say he was bitten by mosquitoes! Now his arms and legs all swelled up! :(

Ahhhh.. hope Zach recover fast! Roarrrr....

Been a PS3 week!

As the title says it. Its been a week of intense Play Station 3 week for me! Been so hooked up to the games I got recently! Especially the Grand Theft Auto IV! Wow what a game! Storyline goes by a guy name Niko who came to US looking for his cousin to strive in this promise land, turns out all the dark side he has to go through, killing people in the city, basically running a gangster's life! hah.. Its fun! But I am on cheat mode! hehe. Got 2 more racing games yesterday! Midnight Club LA and Burnout Paradise! Yet to be opened!! Darn! Too many games for now and no time to play! Too hook on GTA IV to change! But I gotta put my racing skills to test soon! Maybe later?? After updating here? heh.

Anyway Brother had a bad crash last Sunday. As in cycling. It was quite bad that he admitted himself to the hospital. Sigh...heart pain and so worried it got us. He's out of the hospital now. Not sure how is he already. Also his bicycle took quite some damages. Gonna spend some money to repair it. Once he recovers, I am very sure he will be back on his pedals! He's almost back to his old fitness! As for me, its gonna be a week since I last cycled!! Actually I am having a bad pain on my right knee. Its really bad. I can't really bend my knee side ways. It hurts. Its caused by cycling, I guess it is some old injuries but now back cycling, it came back. Sad. But I will wanna cycle still. Gonna discipline myself!

Some updates on the kids... (gonna snap new pictures of them soon!) Kendice's doing fine in school (Primary 4), hope she will do well this year!! As for Zach, hahaha he is the usual naughty little boy!! All is well! Bao is at market now!!

Ran 4D yesterday! Darn!! 3rd prize opened 0571! If it was 0751 I would be $5,700 richer!! Ouch!! Again!! Darn!

Its a brand new year! Lets hope all will be good in the time to come!! 2008 was good and back for me. Good cause I strike 2 times 4D about $20,000 in all?? But bad I lost more then what I strike in stocks and the last month, lost so much on Mahjong!! Even the last day of 2008 I had to lose another $245!! Really unlucky on mahjong! Anyway all is passed!! Lets hope 2009 will be a blasting good year to come!! Time sure flies fast! Zach will be 3 this year!! Kendice gonna start her Primary 4 tomorrow!!

Brought the Kids to watch the fireworks at Esplanade yesterday. Blasting fireworks! Lasted about 5 mins! We waited from 10:30pm! Waited till 12am for the fireworks! Kendice, usual, complaint about the wait but she enjoyed it! As for Zach when the boom boom got too loud, he covered his ears and said " PA PA" (scare). So cute! Too bad no camera!

Zach is in the room! He supposed to be sleeping! haha, he's giggling away!! Better put him to bed now!! He gotta wake up early!!

We started our Jurong Bird Park tour beginning with the Penguin showcase. And with that Zach now knows what is a Penguin, and he is able to remember it even at the end of the day! Kids really learn fast!

Below is a naughty picture of Zach in his pram. How cute he is huh? This naughty look he always show us. One moment he wants to be seated in his pram the next he will self slip out from the front! haha really funny.

Anyway we met up with Sister and Bro s' family at Downtown East for dinner. We went to New York New York and Brother took up the eat the mega burger in 45 mins challenge. If he was able to finish all that is serve on the platter, the $38.50 burger will be free. Here's the picture of that burger!!! The fries alone can make 2 person FULL! haha.

That is so crazy to do that!! Its not about the time! Its almost impossible!! Well Brother could not finish it! But he ate all the fries and 3/4 of the burger!! He could had almost done it! But he said any more bites he would wanna puke!! haha. The waiter told us so far no one had met the challenge yet!! ;)

He almost make it like I say! Oh well... try harder next time! Though I will never take up such a challenge! I rather be enjoying the food !! haha.

After dinner we went to play bowling!! :) Kendice and Dylan played as well! They enjoyed it so much! :) Zhiwei, Brother and me played as well! Infact Zach played too! But it was the mini bowling that he had fun with! ;)

Roll away!! :) heh think we spent like $12 on it! Basically he kept rolling the balls regardless of pins available! We only reached home at about 11:30pm!! First time family dinner ended so late!

Ohhhh Mum strike 4D! ;) Starter!! $1000 :) Cool!! Bao Bao also strike yesterday but only $175. I missed starter! :( I bought $10 BIG!!! It opened 9516!! If its 9518 I would be richer by $2,500!! Haizzzz.... So closed yet again! This car number really cannot make it!! SAD!!!

Gonna head to Jurong Birdpark

Gonna bring the kids to Jurong Birdpark. Zach never been there before. He's been to the Zoo like 2-3 times? But not the birdpark. Mum's coming also :) Probably leaving at about 2pm or so. Zach's gonna be really fascinated surely. He's always saying "Bird Bird" whenever he sees one. Gonna be fun! Will be snapping away!

Here's one cheeky shot taken with Mum. Just look at his smile. Usual, asked for a smile, thats what you get! haha. Darn I wanna bite those cheeks!! Yesterday I had a good time with him after picking him up from market. We had a good father and son time alone at home. So much giggles! :)

Anyway I was supposed to join Brother to go for the "Longhouse" ride today but I only got back home like 3am last night. Though I did wake up at 6am to get ready for the ride. Brother smsed me saying he probably will not go as he slept late. So end up I went riding at Mount Faber myself. Only did 3 laps or is it 2?? Darn when one is shagged he can't remember!! Anyway it was a faster pace as compared to the last mount faber ride. Brother is FAST! hah. Think he will surely go back competitive soon. No way for me. Only to keep fit! :) Anyway I am really getting used to the bike! Love it!! Surely worth the spending! Thanks to Singapore Pools! :)

Fortune luck's all slipping away!! Yeah, kinda pissed with my mahjong luck! I lost way way way too much! Lost $260 on Friday and lost $240 on Saturday. Thats $500 in 2 days!! Haizzzz. Mum was telling me when you are lucky with the Pools (4D), you could be giving away in another way, for now, its mahjong. My favorite game but making me all stressed up! Thats about $2,500 in losses on mahjong!! Really scary. Ahhhhh. Sad!!!!

Ahhhhhhhhh.... Hope the Pools will give me another boost today!!! Okay!! Gonna prepare for the Birdpark!!!! Lets enjoy ourselves!!

10 years no cycle = SUFFERING

Yeah Yeah! It was not a cool ride on Christmas Day! haha Well the ride was okay starting but soon I could not follow up. Well thats normal, I mean its 10 years!! And straight away putting me back into such ride groups! Thats like impossible! But still I get to see the standard I had been missing out all these years. It was fun surely, I enjoy riding again, but I have a long way to go before I at least keep with the pace! That means more training! But again, I've already told myself, its only leisure and keeping fit for me. Nothing more!! Anyway I think I covered in all 60km that day? Slow pace after I got dropped though! Anyway my butt can't get used to the saddle. Its too aero for my butt for now! Need some time to get use to it. Now it hurts so much. Darn! haha. Feel like going for a leisure ride later. But think my cycling tight is still wet. Seat height was kinda high for me, I had readjusted it lower, hopefully it'll suits me better.

Darn I got 2 fines outstanding!! Got fine $50 yesterday for parking on double yellow and when I got back opened letter box got another $70 fine!! (dated back to 16th December) Darn!! Stupid!! Holiday also fine citizens!! NO PLACE TO PARK!! Darn! Friday you see all the illegal parking by the mosque goers but they will never be fine!! Its Christmas and Church goers park illegally cuz there were no more lots. But we get FINE!! Darn!!! What a system!! Sad!!

My Bike! (My own Christmas gift?)

Okay its here! Collected it this afternoon with my Brother at the bike builder's house. Taiwan frame but with super light weight and design. Its really value for money! Tested the ride, well its about 10 years of absence from cycling so I guess naturally I had a hard time even fitting the ride to my comfort. But after a few simple ride around. Its all good! But I guess going long distance would posed a challenge certainly. ;) Tomorrow morning or rather later at 6:30am will be meeting my Brother to join the ride with about 50 cyclists for a 100km ride! Darn, sounds harsh for someone missing all rides for 10 years! Oh well, if it happens, I'll certainly wanna take it as a leisure ride and enjoy this baby... for now.

Anyway we went to Auntie Angela's house just now for Christmas gathering! Had fun! The kids love it! Now Zach is so tired that he fell asleep by himself in the next room :)

PS3 Set Up with Logitech G25!

As above! Oh yeah I got a PS3! ;) Did not update this yet! Too engrossed into playing or rather racing lately! Been buying great cars like Aston Martin DB9! Cool ride! If only I could drive this in real life!! Gosh!! haha dream on! Anyway got the Logitech Wheelset today with compliments, hehe. But looking at the set up above, ya know its really a sloppy set up! I can't think of any other way to set it up for now! Above set up is definitely temp but how the crap can I set it up otherwise?? Gonna crack my brains! Worst to worst I can't drive in my room!! The bed is in the way! And Bao will be pissed! haha. Darn I love the PS3! Gonna get more cool games in time!! Mainly racing simulators!

Tomorrow gonna spend more money!! I mean alot more!! I am getting a road bike, finally! After so long considering and considering, and with my Brother influencing me once again. Its gonna be back to riding! But of course I can only do it leisurely, definitely not like 10 years or so ago where we trained to compete. The cost ?? Looking really nice yah? The weight of it is simply "OMG" its ridiculously light!!! There is no way I would imagine the weight to be this light!! Not when I was still riding! Technology really wow! Anyway I went for sizing today!! And I will be getting the bike tomorrow!! Gonna review it once I ride it! haha. Though I know... I have a long long way to go before I get use to riding again!! ;) Can't wait!!! But gonna part with so much money!! That sure hurts!! ;)

Mahjong luck's totally GONE. BIG TIME

Lost mahjong for the past 2 days. And just these 2 days, the losses amounted to quite a substantial amount. I can't even believe I could lost so much on mahjong. Its really very disheartening to have lost so much. We played on Thursday night, I lost $875 and we play Friday night and I lost another $360. If you were to add the last week losses of another $760. All in all I would have lost $1,995 in all!! Of course I must not forget my 4D winnings because of the last week losses of $760. But this losses alone took a big chunk of my winnings. Basically I am left with almost ZERO after deducting all expenses due to 4D winnings. As for the winner, just the last 2 sessions he won $2,600!! Add up the last week, he won $3,000 plus!! Thats so crazy!! He won almost close to half of my 4D winnings. Extraordinary luck simply keep coming for him. As for me? Its totally what we call mahjong sadness. Haizzzz. Lately I have totally ZERO mahjong luck. Really so pissed with the tiles I take. This sound so crazy!!!

Hope 4D gods will visit me tomorrow again.

Just got back from movie with Bao at Tiong Bahru GV. Ahhhh stupid show!! The Day the Earth Stood Still! Story line is really crap!! Waste money waste time!! Those thinking of catching it can give this a miss!! 2/10 for me!! haha.

Anyway yep yep!! Spent hell lotsa money today! We went Taka instead of Zoo/Birdpark cause it was raining the entire morning till late noon. Mum and Bao suggested going to Takashimaya to check the LV boutique. And that proved vital!! :) haha. Bought 2 bags!!

The bigger bag cost $1590!! The small one cost $495!! Wahhh bomb man!! LV bags are so expensive! Mum and Bao will be sharing them of cause! But I think majority usage will goes to Bao lah! ;) heh. She is so happy now! Finally wanted something she really want! :) Heavy on my pocket but once again, this is over and above!! Woohoo! :)

All in all there are 3 LV bags already. The old on on the right was bought by Mum when she strike 4D sometime back. Ladies simply love branded bags!! Anyway I also bought 2 bags for Kendice as well, of cause Ariel The Little Mermaid bags. She love it too! Just a simple toy for Zach. Wanted to buy a set of Hotwheel car track for him but wife did not allow. heh.

Ohhh I also brought Kendice to apply for her PR status on Thursday! All seems smooth and we will know the result in about 3 months time! Cool!! Hopefully all will be clear! Once that is done, future application for anything for Kendice will be so much easier!!

Sunday is not opened. So I think the money will be in only on Monday! :) hehe so excited!! Bao told me its only $9,000 and we are already like so happy, imagine those like my 'crappy' 2nd uncle's wife who strike a few times over 6 digits. Darn must they think that what's $9,000!?? haha. Oh well. To me its still alot of money!! But of course I'll look to strike more!! hehe. But to strike so much more, meaning you gotta bet so much more. WHAT A DAY!! :)

I lost $760 on mahjong yesterday night, but in actual fact it was more like a round off. Somehow one of the winner Eugene gave me $6 to round off. So I bought 4D for 0760 today. Was about to end the call but I decided why not place a bet on 0766 also. And I did and the rest was history! wahahaha. Look at the 2nd Prize today (13-12-2008) Its marking yet another day of history in the making for me!! I struck the 2 prize once again!! I bought $3 big and $3 small. The total winnings amounting to $9,000!! Shoick man!! A day after my biggest mahjong defeat, I made a super comeback the next!! All thanks to the right amount lost!! This is total turn of table! Was so crappy yesterday after losing that $760! I won so many folds back today!! Woohoo!! Shoick man! The feeling is simply great! Shared the news with Mum and Bao, wow they did jumped for joy for me! It was really kinda coincidently previously I lost $300 on mahjong, also one of the big defeat on mahjong and the next day I struck 4D, also 2nd Prize (123-03-2008)!! (0751) and this time round its the same! :) So does that means everytime I lose big on mahjong I will have 4D luck ?? Anyway it sum it up! This year I made $20,200 from 4D! Shoick man!!!

Above were the bets I made today! Cool!! I bought $10 big $10 small for my car today! Imagine if I were to buy the same amount for 0766! That would means a staggering $30,000 prize man! Oh well, $9,000 is alot already! Its additional!! Some said if ya had bought a different stakes today, the number might not even open! :) So this was definitely a vital combination! heh

Today morning had soccer at St. Wilfred, scored the 2 opening goals! :) Anyway we won 7-2! Coolz!! After that I had my flight cohesion day at Bottle Tree Park, we had paintball event! Now I am all bruised up! Came back home and rest before heading to one of my NSman's wedding dinner. That was where I check my iPhone and found 0766 opened 2nd Prize!! ;) Wahahha.

Believe it. I lost $760 today in 4 rounds of mahjong. Tiles totally unable to make it! Starting was alright. After the mid of first round, it tumble like Wall Street going into recession. Hopelessly in the pit or biting the dust! Haizzzz. Its really that bad man! Today is indeed a black mahjong day for me. Losing so much!! The money I made recently on stock is not even able to cover this loss!! Sad man. Really pissed with the stupid tiles!! Darn this black mahjong!! Black Mahjong = Black Day!!

Yesterday market was another blast. 2 days in a row. Cool. Sold my Keppel at $4.46, made $537! Could had been more if I time it right. Think it went up as high as $4.59, Anyway it closed at $4.50. Yesterday Dow went up 70 points. Today probably it will go up more. Like what my friend said, if you make money, its good already. Now left with 2 City Dev. Hope to see it soar more! Still losing money on that one. ;)

Anyway today gonna go Singapore Immigration to apply PR status for Kendice!! Hopefully all will go smooth! Wanted to do it later but the e-appointment other then today noon, the next slot is like 2 months away! I'll just secure this slot first! But It will be tight on me as I have some work commitments. But die die gotta be there at 4:45pm!! Its what Bao and me been waiting for all these years!! PR for Kendice!! :)

Brought my family to Suntec just now. Had lunch at the Soup Restaurant followed by shopping for Toys at Toys'R'Us. (did I get the spelling right?) Anyway bought a set of cars and a track for Zach. He is loving it right now.

As for Kendice, she wanted Play-Doh. And I can sense that she will play maybe 3 to 4 times and its gonna rot. hah. Whenever I buy something for Zach, I try to get something for Kendice as well if not she might feel jealous! Oh well... ;) Anyway we are heading to Brother's home soon. Sister will be there soon I think. Gonna go pick Mum up first.

What do you call it when you simply don't have that 'luck' you need? Darn. Lately thats how I am. The crappy market's not doing good. Infact its so bad that more money is being lost daily! Bought it already, leave it there. City Dev and Keppel Corp. This year probably stretch to the next, it'll remain gloomy. What about mahjong? Darn! Not good! Just had a game with Eugene, Lawrance and May last night. Final tally is -$200. No fortune luck totally. But then again... What's new!? haha.

Just got back from soccer, lost 1-0. played right back today. Old rusty already, will cover any position thats empty! Stamina is something that had left me!! Wonder if IPPT silver could be maintained!! Darn!!

Chalet was great

Family Chalet at NSRCC was good. :) We all had a great time. We should really do it more often, but I guess its not easy. Everyone have grown up. All have no time! Really love my Father's side relatives. This side have so much more cohesion! My mother's side, sad... most of them are all "money face" and unreasonable.

This is a picture of the chalet... Big place :) was telling Bao that maybe we could get one unit for a relax over the weekend sometime!

Anyway Zach had so much fun especially at the pool! ;) He had become so much more daring!! He dare to go directly underneath the swimming water falls! And he kept doing it! :) haha so fun!

Gonna head over to Tanah Merah Chalet at about 3:30pm to 4pm. My Cousin Shuping oraganised it for a family get together session. Its good to be meeting up once awhile. We used to have it more often when Grandpa and Grandma were still around. Since they are gone now. This get together would seems really important. Hope the kids will enjoy themselves! Gonna bring my Macbook Pro there. Hope that there will be WIRELESS@SG there! Mum should be staying over tonight at the Chalet. Not sure about us... Anyway Bao is making some Vietnamese Po Piah o bring over. Will update with pictures!

Yesterday night had a mahjong session with my soccer kakis. And its a disaster! I lost $280! Lennon lost the most at $700!! KaiWei won $820!! Darn thats alot of money to be won! Lucky! I was totally arse on luck as usual! Also heard from my Mum that her brother (my 2nd uncle) struck 4D 1st Prize again! And this time its a massive again! Darn they recently just struck 1st Prize and now again! That time was think 100K plus now I heard its more! Darn! How lucky some can get!! They thing is... they are 'not nice' people!! Tell me about life being fair? haha I simply want to laugh!! Moral?? Good people are less fortunate! Be Bad be Shit! And you get rewarded? Haizzz. Life huh? I guess I will stay what I am. Yawns.

GOOD NEWS

Happy! Of course I am happy today cause I got a letter from Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority and Kendice have been offered a Singapore Permanent Resident!! After so long finally its coming true! Thats definitely is one of the greatest news I have been waiting for all these years! With this, I will probably do the adoption much easier. Also the monthly education fee I am paying the school would be reduced! Currently paying $133 per month! Not sure how much reduction once she becomes PR but certainly quite a substantial reduction.

BAD NEWS

This news sucks... BIG TIME. Its the same old shit. This stupid system that Singapore is having. It may seems or sound fair to those who got it but definitely not for those who tried and tried so many times and get nothing! I am talking about balloting for new HDB. Sigh, I got the letter from HDB saying my application for the Pinnacle was not successful. My queue number was 500!! Fuck that!!! I had applied 4 or 5 times for new HDB but each time my balloting number was always SO HIGH!! Thats a stupid system! What BALLOT!? They should look at those who had applied for so many times but still unsuccessful and give it to them!! Or simply take a queue number!! Balloting is NEVER fair!! So many cases of people applying for the FIRST time and they got the appointment to choose the flats!! I had did it 4 -5 times and NOTHING!!! Super pissed! I give up getting a HDB in Singapore already. Sigh...

A Day at Bottle Tree Park

Brought the kids out last Sunday to Bottle Tree Park. Very interesting place, quite a few activities to do there. There's paintball, there's fishing, prawn fishing and of course the one that kids love most "lokang fishing". That's the reason I brought them there. Anyway Mum came along. :)

The cost is $10 for each kid, given a little plastic tank and a tiny net. Thats the idea of a tiny net so catching the fishes would be so much harder. (its not easy!) Anyway Zach obviously did not catch any! Bao was the one who was enjoying it more then any of us. She caught most of the fishes. hehe. Kendice was showing her grumpy face as she could hardly catch any fishes! heh

And Mum was bring Zach around the pond. He was initially scared of even going into the water probably he was worried that the lokang fishes might bite him! haha After awhile he was totally enjoying himself. :)

And Kendice slipped and hurt her back. Cried ... heh. Luckily its not a bad one! But still Kendice being Kendice, tends to cry at the slightest fall. ;)

Just showing a picture of my room as of now. Though this picture is not a total completion of my room but just to show how messy it was during the cleaning or packing up. It was a total mess! But now, I feel like I am living in a new house! The feeling is good! Threw so many things away! Tonnes of old stuffs all had to go! Just closed my eyes and throw throw throw!! Now the house is so much more spacious. I hope it would last awhile!! haha.

Living room also had quite some stuffs dumped! But it would be really hard to maintain due to Zach's toys. And he will be messing it up daily! Houses with children, especially those like Zach. As good as don't bother!! He's a little devil! (He's soundly asleep)

The Singnet guy came down and install the Singnet MIO modem. Duh. I could do it myself! I thought he came down and install MIO TV. But he said that I did not tick the MIO TV box back when I applied online. Probably the MIO TV department will call me soon. Don't care more either way. Now just gonna wait for my redemption letter for the MacBook. Gonna have it sell it asap!! Found another buyer at $1750! The previous guy backed out on his deal! What an arse! Well now I found a better deal... hope it will go through! ;)

House under going a major repainting, so far all 3 rooms are done. As below! :) Today the painters gonna paint the living room. Should be able to complete all by today. But they told us it would take 3 days. Probably the last day would see them touching up. Anyway it gonna cost us $1,300 in all. I guess its okay. Since its been almost 7 years since we painted the house. Infact that was the time when we shifted here. 7 years for a full repainting. Its worth I guess.

I went to the hospital this morning, Mum went with me. I was placed on drip for 3 hours. Which waiting for the blood test results. Luckily I do not have to be admitted. Thank God. But the funny thing is when I was at the hospital through the 3 hours plus. I was feeling fine. I was giving 3 days M.C and given another appointment on the 21st (Friday). Sigh. Anyway I still went for my malay class this noon, and what a bad mistake that was. I suffered so much in the class, I started feeling cold and fever came back. Once home, it got worst. My temperature went up to 39.8˚C. I suffered so badly again. Its unbearable.

This was a picture when I had that drip on. I hope the fever will not come back later. It always comes back when I sleep. Haizzzz. Diarrhea is coming back, I feel it. Haizzz... I am a sick man. So sick.

Zach just vomited again :( And on the bed again! Bedsheets changed again. I need to bring him to see a specialist. Poor boy. I would rather have all the pain all over again to let Zach be fine.

Temperature down but diarrhea got worst

It was really hard to get pass last night with such high temperature, feeling was like, am I gonna die? Of course it was not that bad but the comfortable level was -100%. I woke up in the midst of the night and vomited. Morning the temperature went away completely but the Diarrhea hit me badly. I can't count, I must have been going in and out of the toilet at least 50 times today. Watery stool. Infact I just went 3 times in less then 15 mins. Unbearable. Medicine did not work yet. Haizzzz, darn I am suffering. Tomorrow I have to attend an important class in the afternoon. But how the hell am I gonna make it??? Feeling so cold now!! I sure hope that the fever is not going come back.

That would be my back that in the picture. Not any side effect from the sickness but it was self induced! Wife sorta use the traditional method to rid the wind in my body. She did it for me last night when I was so in pain. It helped but the process was hell of a pain.

My stomach is making weird noises. Can't take it no more... Darn I hardly get sick but once I do, its major! Help !!

Darn. Just took temperature and its going up. 37.4˚C now. The same coldness I feel is back!!

The worst fear happened.... finally

I always tell my wife not to let Zach go into the life himself just incase the door closes and he got trapped alone and the lift goes down. It would be unimaginable should that happened. It happened today, about 2 hours ago. Bao and me went crazy. So much fear inside me. Scrambled almost every storey to find him. Ah Bui and Kendice was at the lift with him and somehow they were playing and the lift door closed trapping Zach alone. Such a frantic search and finally someone managed to locate him and found Bao. I scolded the hell out of Ah Bui and Kendice. I really did not know what they were trying to do!! I am so glad that Zach is safe. I was so worried that if the lift opens at ground level and we were not in time, he would run out. And I was also worried that his fingers would get stucked into the lift door when it opens. (THIS HAPPENED BEFORE!! HE cried so badly back then, he had his finger's skin torn off!!) It was supposed to be a happy outing to Wild Wild Wet.

After that I was so pissed and of course at the same time relieved. But I fell very sick. I started running a high temperature as high as 39.4˚C. It was so bad that I felt so cold, even 2 blanket could not take away my coldness. I was feeling ache everywhere. I had a hell of a time. Bao went to get some medication for me. Took it and fell asleep. I am feeling better now. I was all sweaty now and need the fan now. Just measured the temperature and its 38˚C now. But body still aches.

Anyway they went to Wild Wild Wet themselves. Just so glad that Zach is safe. Thank God.

Cried so badly and next thing he did... he puked!! As long as he cough, the tendency of him vomiting is almost 100%. Stinks!! Big Time! I had to wash him up and cleaned the place. Okay that's vomit no.1 I saw today. Just 10 mins ago. He did it again on the bed!! This time round, so much more puke! Cough cough and thats it!! Out all he taken and the stinks comes!! Zach Zach..What happen to you!!? I can't bear to see him vomit, he is like suffering so much. His whole face turns red and I can see his discomfort!! Told Doctors about it but all said he is fine. Glad of course but he kept puking at the slightest cough! Stressed man!! So worried that he is sick!!

Times are really bad. It seems like each day the financial economy is sliding more and more. Last night Dow went down 411 points. Today on Singapore market, there will surely be a major sell off. Looks like City Dev will see a drastic drop easily by $0.40 to $0.60! Madness!!

What can I say man? Money gone surely!! Not just that I ran 4D yet again!! I bought 1699 and the third prize opened 1698!!! $3,000 or so simply gone just like that!! Ran way too many times lately!! Madness!! Money is hard earned man!!

Slept really early last night, lately I have been really tired. Just want to sleep so much. Something seems wrong with me. Darn! Anyway I will be attending some course later. Stupid course of course!! Arrowed to go! Darn! Heard that there will be a new scheme being introduced and the existing scheme I am on will be scrapped!! Pissed man!! Stupid system!! Had a mahjong session with my friends last night! Another victory!! Won $220!! Not bad at all! 3 days and the total winnings amounted to $775!! Its been a while since I had such strong victory!! SHOICK! :) Anyway we did not managed to complete full 2 rounds as one of the guys did not want to carry one no more.

Zach vomited badly in the night again. Sigh. He seems to be suffering so much. He kept puking but Doctor said he is fine. Don't know what's wrong also. Ahhhhhh. He just woke up and drinking milk now. Gonna send him to childcare. He missed it yesterday. Lately he's been sick. Unlike Kendice, Zach keep falling sick. :( I am thinking of bringing him to see specialist. Don't know ....will see!!

What is happening!! Not again!! 0751!!! What a nice number but it just choose to open 3751!!! CRAP!!! So close again. How many times have I ran 4D for the top 3 prizes!?? Uncountable!!

Thats $11,000 flown away just because of a 3 instead of a 0! BAKA! And see the starter!! 1110!! Thats the date and month of Zach's Birth!! Mum bought 1011 instead! Seems like 4D luck on our family is not possible! Once in a blue blue moon seems not possible! Sadness!!

Well I managed to make $545 or so on 2 days mahjong though BUT??? Wife took $400 from me :( haha. And this afternoon spent $70 on Fish and Co on lunch and for dinner we met Bao's friend and of course I paid and it cost $127!! So.... Hmmmmm ZERO gain for me!! haha. Infact its NEGATIVE!

At Bambini Playclub

At Kallang Leisure World at Bambini Playclub now. Came for Pin Pin's 8th Birthday Party. Its a kids' playground. Kendice and Zach's enjoying themselves. Ah Bui is where with us as well. So much fun huh ;) Pin Pin's really fortunate, his parents celebrate his birthday every year without fail for him and brings him out for holiday yearly as well! Infact they will be leaving for their Europe trip Monday I think. Thats the thing about being a single child. Life's all good for them!!

Look at the tubes and all. Zach loves the balls here! ;) He is so enjoying himself! Another year of so, Kendice would be not able to be allowed playing at such premises! She is too big in time!! haha she will be sad!! Very much a child's mind still!! But currently the entire premise is actually booked for Pin Pin's birthday. Cool! $650 for 2 hours! Expensive!! Well its all worth it since the kids are enjoying it so much. I could not catch up with both of them. I hardly fit in the tubes! hehe.

Anyway mahjong yesterday was almost a disaster! Just ending of the 1st round I was losing $500!!! I cleared my chips!! Had to add another $500 chips for everyone!! Sigh!! At teh 4th and last round I was down close $800!! I was like WHAT!!? They decided to play another round since it was raining heavily. GUESS WHAT!?? I CAME BACK and won the most $320 up!! Last round all luck was on me!! I fought back and catch up $1.1k back!! Can't believe it!! Believe it then!! Amazing!! Phew!! 2 days mahjong had made me $550 richer!! Wooohooo! Still can't imagine I was the biggest loser and down close $800 and became the biggest winner at the extra last round!! hahaha.

Zach immediately jumped on it after I set it ready! Whenever he see new things he always get very curious and wanna be a part of it. I think thats normal for toddlers huh? Here's a snapshot of him lying on the bed and drinking his milk and making alot of noise as usual.

The thing about this bedsheet, it does not fit nicely! Ikea stuffs always can't seems to fit Singapore sizes! Darn hard to fit it nicely. Beside this we also got 4 more chair of better quality to that $9.95 one. Used my $139 exchange voucher to get em. Spent more then that yesterday.

Got a victory on mahjong at PMC's house. Finally I had a mighty victory! ;) Won $235!! Its been a real long time since I win so convincingly. Been losing more then I win for the past months! Great cards man yesterday! Later at 8pm, I'll be playing again but at my place!! Playing with my weekend soccer friends. They should be playing of a higher stakes, $1/$2 probably and up to

6 folds? Its fine! Darn mahjong is sure addictive! Dow went up quite abit last night. Hopefully Monday should see some gains in major counters!! Might wanna sell the 2 lots of City Dev. With this financial shit now. Holding does not seems like a wise option. We'll see!!

Those who let go yesterday yesterday will be smiling. Today they'll probably buy in. City had turned into metropolis yesterday but it seems like its gonna be downgraded back to a slump today. ;)

Obama the next United States President

He won it as expected. History made again, the first black United States President. As of 2pm I knew the results. But instead of pushing the market further up, noon was a disaster. City Dev was up as much as $0.63 in the morning at $6.97 high. It started to drop so much during the noon and next I know it closed with only a $0.15 gain. Thats sad man! should had let go when its $6.90 range and make a thousand or so? Darn!! And now, Dow Jones is suffering again. Its now down 143.45 (1.49%) kinda expecting a rally after Obama elected. Looks bleak again tomorrow. Obama has a tough ride ahead for him especially with the current financial crisis. He is definitely in for a rocky ride! Hope he can SAVE the world financially though!

Not able to sleep now cause I slept so much just now. Was too shagged out today after yesterday marathon with Bao watching the Hong Kong drama till 3:30am! So naturally today when back from work, I slept. Now its a messed up biological body system again! Gotta force myself to sleep soon! Long day at work tomorrow!!

Miss Zach!! He is asleep now! Anyway he did returned to Childcare center today. But he is still having a running nose and a cough! And I am also having a running nose!! Think he passed it to me. :) hehe. Darn Dow is now down 164.15 (1.71%) !! Tomorrow is another RED day likely.

Chair from Ikea broke!!

Cracked!! The edge cracked when I sat on it just now. Sad man!! I love it so much, its comfortable yet stylish!! Too bad!! Although I lost the receipt I still managed to have it replaced at Ikea, just that there are no more stock of the chair!! Holding on to a $139 voucher now. At the same time I got a chair for Kendice's computer table at $9.95! Simple yet good! Bao was telling me not to get back the same replacement but get more of this $9.95 chairs for the entire house! Maybe I'll do that!

Its good cause its foldable and light! Can keep it when not in use. But the previous was so stylish. Oh well we'll see!

Zach's sleeping! I miss him so much. Wanna wake him up and play with him! hehe Bao will kill me if I do that though. He should be returning back to the childcare center tomorrow. He's running nose is much better now thankfully. Pains us so much to see him suffer!! But as always he is sooooo active even he's sick! :) Here's a picture of this chubby boy!!

Long Day

Tired. Just got back home after picking up Kendice from Mum's stall. Had some last minute work in Office thus today it was abit late. ;) Fun time though!! Anyway some of my old guys were back for ICT, met up with them, chat alittle. Think most of them after ORDed had quite stable jobs. Good for them! When they were still NSFs, that was like 5 years or more ago?? That time was one of the craziest time in my career I supposed. Young and crazy! Aged alot now!

Powering it up! Started them at the same timing, but iMac taking the lead on booting but but the mbp caught up! 2.8ghz vs 2.4ghz. Thats fair for the results.

Back home now, powered up the iMac and Macbook Pro and snapped some shots! Just wanna take the shots of the 2 macs being powered up. Picture color kinda washed out though. Set them on the same backgrounds. I think I am seriously neglecting the iMac! ;) I think this novelty of always wanting to use the mbp will die out sometime soon! I mean rightfully a bigger screen will always be preferred. We'll see.

Waiting for Bao, Bui and Zach to return him!! Miss that chubby boy!! Can't wait to see him! He did not attend the childcare today cause he was had a running nose. Bao brought him to the doctor. Poor boy... He's been falling sick lately. Haizzz. But on the brighter side, regardless if he's sick, this boy is full of energy! Gonna snap some shots of him later! He had his hair trimmed few days back!

Yesterday caught the movie SAW V with Bao at Vivio City... Gruesome movie with the same old plot! 4/10 was the ratings I would give! Give it a miss!

Just had my weekly soccer game at St. Wilfred Stadium. And yes!! I scored again finally!! Been rusty on my touches. But today my FIRST touch on the ball I managed to blast one shot into the back of the net!! Woohoo! Wonderful start!! And in no time I got another from Danny's through pass!! It was 2-0 but the opponents got 1 back at 2nd half. I managed to steal a ball from a mistake from their defender and blasted a powerful on to the back of the net!! 3-1!! Well they managed to close the gap to 3-2. But that was it! Final score 3-2!! hehe I gotta admit my fitness is dog shit now. How I wish I could get back in shape once again! Darn!! Wahaha nevermind I'va 2 kids already! So its fine to get rounder?? Darn this excuse!

Soon at about 7pm will be heading to PMC's place for mahjong. Gotta score my goals there as well!! heh. Meeting Kristine for dinner before we proceed to this place. Hope she can win as well la!! She lost way too much money on mahjong! hehe.

Bao and Zach sleeping now, where Ah Bui went out (don't know where) gonna ninja out soon! ;) Kinda tired now. if only there is no mahjong I would be sleeeping away now!! Especially after a cool bath! Duty last night in office. Yawns!! But guess what? There was a Deevapali celebration at the mess last night and they got Kumar to perform! (Not cheap!! Super expensive) But this Kumar is so darn funny!!! Had a hell of a laugh!! Wish it was longer!! If there gonna be any stand up comedian show by him, I will definitely pay to watch!!

A Green Day Finally

Too much down too much red, too much money lost. Well today Singapore market rallied big time! All counters staged a dramatic come back after being battered for the past weeks. Counter I am holding, City Development was up as high as $0.82 to $6.81!! I bought in at $6.35 two lots! I queued to sell at $6.75 though. It never made it. But today it closed $6.65. Guess its not too bad afterall. The most painful part was my Olam. I let it go when it was $1.08 which I guessed I made a right choice back then but I told myself that once it reached below a dollar, I would buy them back!! It went down to as low as $0.825 about 2 days back. I hesitated and today it rosed to as high as $1.42 I think!! If I had bought them back then....I could be making a profit of $5-$6k!! What an arse! Darn!! Hopefully Dow will do well tonight and Singapore market to be influenced tomorrow. Usually Friday being the last day of the week would always see profit taking. *fingers crossed*

Using the Macbook Pro on my bed now. Darn this piece of baby still amazes me up till now. Solid piece of metal! hehehe Powers within my hands! Wooohooo! Still very much empty as I have not install nothing much. Still figuring out what to install. Gonna get Photoshop in once I can *ahem* hehe. The Coach Bag... basically is a GONNER

Thought I had save this bag, but now that its dried. The after effect comes in. Haizzz it pains my heart seeing it now. Although the white/silver stains are gone. The bottom of one side of the bag's color is totally messed up. The original dark brown color is gone. It had faded very badly. its 2 tone brown now. Really heart pain!! Haizzzz. Bao is really sad, but what to do? She destroyed it. $607 gone in a week!! Man thats really pain. Infact I have not even pay my friend yet!! Ahhhh maybe I don't pay? haha ;)

Just look at the color.... Its totally crapped up now. Not just that the hours of soaking the bag had also caused it to be very stiff, the softness is gone. It feels so fake holding this bag now. Maybe I will get her another one when I have the chance.

Dow Jones surged 889 points or 10.88% last night! Amazing figures! So naturally Singapore market will follow its rally and indeed it had! Opening City Dev was up by $0.40 + to as high as $6.45!! (my buying price was $6.35) Wow..amazing huh? Made money! But guess what? Singapore market did what it was best at ...again! It dropped crazily in the noon. And City Dev was in red by as much as -$0.30!! So pissed!! Sigh. Useless market, Dow super rallied and I still have to lose money!!? No logic!! Panic selling!! Darn!! Sadness!! $%^&@#

This MacBook Pro is wonderful!

Its doing great! Thankfully it does not have any defects as posted by some of the brothers on hardwarezone forums. Most importantly, there's no dead pixels! Cool..so everything is great! I had installed Adium on it and customized the design of it like that of my iMac. Probably gonna install Microsoft Office and Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop soon after. Love it soooo much! Its AMAZING piece of equipment! Think I might need to look at accessories for it? Like palm rest, carry case? (where I wanna carry to huh? hehe)

Some reviews by me on this baby

Trackpad - this is one of the coolest feature on this new macbookpro. I can do wonders with this, it works like the iPhone. Using just your fingers, you could do many actions, like rotate, swipe, zoom and many more! This feature has to be tried!! :)

Screen - Like I said before, either you love it or hate it! For me I have always been a fan of glassy screen! If not for the glossy screen I would not be even considering this baby. So far all my screens had all been glossy! The color is crisp, super clear! For the matt fans, sorry maybe Apple will introduce the new 17 inch with matt in time?

Backlight - Cool!! It comes on and goes away when the ambient like get dim or brighten! Sensor in place certainly! This one is good so I could ninja my way inthe night while my wife sleeping! no bright lights!! :)

Uni body - The entire body is made out of a solid aluminum block! It feels so metal!! It makes the Macbook Pro feels very much superior compared with your normal plastic notebooks! It sure is one of the brilliant trademark Apple come up with this! Solid like it feel!!! Cool!!!

Ahhhhh finally my batt is fully charged!! :) Don't think I am the sort who will really take great care of the batt or rather optimise it! I am those who charge as and when I want!! What about the discharge cycle and all? haha I'll just enjoy this beautiful, sexy savvy gadget !!

MBP Unboxing!

I got it. :) So excited about it. But it was not sent by TNT. I went to pick it up!! I do not want to wait no more. Their services really go below the standard. Agreed on this time but changed last minute! Oh well So when the TNT lady called me, I told her I would pick it up myself and here I am using it now!! Well I am now loading some of my unboxing pictures up! Really cool! to open an Apple computer itself is such a pleasure!! Amazing packing standard!! Here you can see the box freight over to Singapore. :) Right now I am lying beside Zach with the mbp on my lap updating this. :) He is trying to close his eyes for his afternoon nap :) Here goes the pictures of my un-boxing!

This was the box that was freight from China Apple assembly factory (why China??) Cheaper I guess. Well it was a neat packing. No issue!

Opened up the brown box, there you see it!!! Behold the new white box!! The previous MBP comes in a black box. I guess Apple wanted to stick to their every trademark white!

There was another plastic sheet for further protection. not bad China! Or rather Apple ! :)

Opening the lid for the first time!! Glorious shine!! What a glossy screen it is! There are many review on this new glossy screen, its either you love it or you hate it! For me? Of course I love it! If not it would not be sitting here right now. Cool!

And here the new MBP meets the old iMac!! Both my lovely babies! Well for sure I know for this little period I will probably be giving more time to the MBP then the iMac. Oh well!! For now for now!!

There!! Finally Setting it up and using it to do it virgin post here!! Well for now I will be setting it up, mainly installing the essential programs and probably load some pictures. The main thing now is to get use to it! Should not be any problem since I had already been a 6 month user of Mac. The keyboard is alittle different but I'll manage! I love the backlight that comes on automatically when its dark! Of course the entire one piece aluminum that holds so much power!

TNT?? I will never once use TNT!! What a lousy courier service provider!! I was supposed to be waiting home from 9am to 12pm for the darn delivery guy to send the MBP. Guess what?? They changed the delievery timing to 2pm to 5pm!!! How could they do this? I had to stay home to recieve it!! And now this change all of a sudden!!?? How can they do this!! Now all my planning is screwed!!! Darn!!! Sigh. This sound all so stupid!!! Sigh!!!

Managed to settle the Coach Bag..Phew

It was the detergent which caused the white/silver stains to appear. I guess its about 3 hours of soaking in the water with detergent. Well I am just not satisfied with the bag being such an expensive one getting stained so easily! I applied pressure on the stained areas and massaged it! And it work!! The stains came off!!! It's about 90% back in the right state!! :) Bao is like a panda now. She cried too much and now her eyes all swell up. Haizzz. Anyway she is so happy when I showed her that I removed the stains. All is good now!! Now just wait for it to dry! I hope when its dry the stain will not return!! Crossing my fingers now!!

As for myself...I am right now waiting for the TNT delivery man to send my Macbook Pro!! Its a;ready 9:30am!! Their schedule is 9am to 12pm !! I am waiting anxiously!! Come on TNT!! You can do better!! But I have a worrying concern!! On hardwarezone forum, some of them reported defects on the macbook!! If I were to buy from shop I can reject the the macbook pro should I see any defects! But buying online... Thats the risk I have to take!! Hmmmmm Crossing my fingers again!!.

I just got her the Coach bag compliments from a friend who went United States. It cost $607 if I remember correctly. Guess what? Its a gonner now!! The bag is dead!! My wife went to soak it into a pail with normal washing detergent for hours!! All because of a silly little stain inside the bag!! When I saw the bag in the pail, I was like WHAT THE!!? Immediately I told her to take it out! But it was all too late!! The bag had developed stains which I don't think will come off. The leather is tarnished! Sigh... I am so pissed with her!!! How can someone soak such an expensive bag right into the water with normal detergent for hours!! It is really not a smart thing to do!! :( And of all the people... My wife did it!!! Arghhhhhh.....Sigh

Look the the right side of the bag... Sigh. This is such an expensive bag and she did this it it!! Yes she cried and all but thats not the point!! She never learns... Sigh. This is an expensive lesson to be learnt but at the expenses of me... again. (whats new??) So pissed and disappointed with her.

I simply can't wait for tomorrow! The adrenaline is pumping! Darn!! This Macbook Pro is making me wild just thinking about having it! Woooohooo!! I so want it right this instant!! Darn! :) This is cool! They will be sending it to me tomorrow from 9am to 12pm!! Its the earliest slot TNT can send me!! I will be waiting!! I will open the door and wait!! And I will be snapping away like I said! And pictures to be loaded here!!

Kendice is seen in the picture above using the newly set up computer! She is infact still using it now. I gave her a break from revising her work. Tomorrow she is taking her science paper. Should not be a problem I think! Anyway I went to get a wireless adapter (DLINK) for the computer so I would not have to put the RJ45 cable from the room out into either the living room or Kendice room! Damage is $49! And its working well! :)

Zach is disturbing me right now!! :) hahah he's so funny! He is going like 'Orrr Shee' Orrr Shee' meaning either pee or crap! hehe. This little devil!! He is crying loudly outside now! Cause he switch off the power while Kendice is using the PC!! I scolded him and smacked his hands!! He is saying " KAN BARNEY KAN BARNEY" I said NO! And he cries away! hahaha.

Thought its time to change the template of my blog after about 4 months of the previous? Should had took a screenshot of the previous! Darn too fast to click the save button! Yes Yes Yes.... Darn! Today is a holiday so no work for TNT! If not I could be receiving my new Macbook Pro anytime soon! But I guess it would still be on scheduled which is 29th Oct!! Well its alot faster then the previous order dates from 3rd to 6th Oct. Its 29th!! This screenshot shows it! It had reached Singapore warehouse!! Wooo Hoooo!!

The wait seems to be taking forever!! Darn!! Thats the case when you are so anxiously waiting for something that you want so much! It would be a worthwhile wait surely! Finally! I set it up! Went Ikea this afternoon finally, always wanted to go shop for table for Kendice's room and a chair for myself. Well it cost me $228 I think? Its great! Oh the table lamp as well! at $15.90 its kinda stylish! Nice? :) Simple set up for Kendice's room, she always wanted me to set up a computer for her to play games online etc. Well she has it now! Though this PC had a really hard time booting up just now, I think its infected badly and has alot of corrupted files within. But its still running, I'll probably do a clean format soon. Oh the sound is bonkers also. I think its the internal sound card, bonkers. Probably I have to go get a simple sound card. Oh well...for now its soundless! But Kendice still love it! I hope she will do well in her exams happening this week. Ahhhhh stressed!!

Bao always wanted some good bags. Oh well finally she gets it! :) Compliments from her husband me. COACH bag! And a COACH purse! Got it a a really good price, thanks to a friend who managed to get it for me from the U.S. Buying from U.S sure make the bucks count! Here is a picture of what I got for her.

The bag would have cost $969 and the purse would have cost $405 in local Coach boutique! But I got the back at $607 and the purse at $106. Thats a savings of $650+. Should had ask my friend to buy more and I'll put it up for sale huh? :) Anyway Bao love it! :) Cool! hehehe. She got a toy and so now its my turn!

What would be my toy? For the smarter ones will know. The 2008 Macbook Pro! :) Yeah I am waiting for the delivery!! Cool! Its not gonna come only between the dates 3rd to 6th Nov! Darn this wait is surely gonna seem like 100 years! Excitement feels me all over!! Its time to spoil myself once again after suffering so much trauma over the crappy turbulence (market). When its here I'll post more about it!

On my stocks? I've realized my losses. Its painful but I am stress free at least...for now till I make another BUY! ;) I sold all remaining Olam at $1.08 yesterday. Thats a lost of about $7,000 ? Ouch! I just feel that this market is set for more down turn. But today Olam went to to as high as $1.22!! Crap!!! Well it closed at $1.11 though...Still 3 cents higher then my selling price. If I were to calculate, I think I lost about $30k for this whole year? Darn! Thats sure alot of money. Maybe its also time to take a break ...a long one. Though all good counters seems so cheap. Darn.... I better THINK! Money comes in fast...goes out faster!!

Zach's running a fever now. It had actually been on going for about 2-3 days. Will be monitoring his temperature closely. Its between the range 37.6- 38.4 degree. But the thing is that he is still as active as ever! :) Thats good to know! Yesterday night Bao gave me a call and told me he had his finger sticked into the fan ! And he cried so badly. Thankfully it was nothing really. Really mischievous !! See if he still dares in future!! hehe. Here's a picture of him wearing the wrong size. hehe. He did it himself!! Naughty! haha

Cute huh? This little boy!! Darn! I wanna bite him so hard!! hehe. Probably later we will be going to Sister's place. Supposed to go for lunch but Sister's little kid is sick (Dex). So we are probably gonna go over, at the same time Zach can play there, Dex has alot of toys!

This could really be it! The redesigned Macbook Pro!! Really is it? This one looks the most genuine to me as compared to the others so called leaked photos! And if this is real, all I can say is that I am so tempted to get it even more!! This is a beauty! It follows the iMac design with the black trimming at the edge and thats one design that caught me when I got the iMac. I sure hope the price will be cheaper or if not the same as the current MBP. But there are also rumors that Apple will not be launching the 17 inch MBP but only the 15 inch. That's kinda sad huh? But still I will wanna get it!! But still... I would say its the money still! To spend so much again after losing so much on this stupid market! Talking about this stupid market. Man oh man! I miss the boat yet again! Last Friday I wanted to get 2 lots of City Dev but was apprehensive thus did not buy it at $6.40. Today price? It is like $7.70? Sigh. Thats like $2,300 gone!! Haizzzz.... Now Dow is soaring another 300 points up...an extend from yesterday's history rise of 936 points!! But today my Olam counter suffered a -$0.08 loss!! Crap! It was up as high as +$0.14 but ended in RED! This is crap!! Ok ok I am thinking of cutting loss now. I am just not cut for this market. Darn....my Macbook Pro seems to drift further away for now. Sigh! Whatever it is... at 1am later, the Macbook redesign will be announced.

News had it! 14th October will be the special MacBook event! It is already confirmed ! I meant the event but is this picture a leaked redesigned Macbook Pro? If it is really so...Oh I am in love!! :) I have been waiting so so long for this to come!! Its time to upgrade my notebook!! As in from my Sony Viao which had already went bonkers long ago.

But it is gonna be in a $4XXX range certainly. Haizzzz... Too much to consume! Too much Too much. Looks like I am staying side line again. Stupid stock market. If not for that financial shit, I'll walk right into the Apple store and get it once its launch!! Haizzzz

It was a simple family dinner, all of us gathered together for a Steamboat dinner and followed by a cake cutting for Baby Zach. :) I tried to find a Barney cake this afternoon but could not. The only Barney cakes are from Prima Deli but they need a day advance. In the end got my Sister to get a normal cake. But I improvised it! :) hehe

Haha how is that huh? I printed a picture of Barney and sticked it to the back of a spoon and punch it right into the cake! ;) hehe. And Zach of course was so excited about the cake! wahaha so cute so fun!!

Anyway its back to work tomorrow!! Yawns! And ready to see more RED on Singapore market!! Darn!

11th Oct !! Thats his birthday! And he is 2 years old!! Woooohoooooo. Time really fly!! We did not celebrate like his 1st year old party of course. Did not plan to do it! But tomorrow we will be having a family dinner together, to give him a simple celebration. :) Only Sunday everyone will be free. He has grown so much! :) I am uploading a video on youtube now! He is really cute in this 2 videos!! He is like sulking when Zhiwei was scolding him! Really cute! Gotta see it for yourself and ya know!! Its simply not my time, not lately. Financially I've been hit hard!! I got some shares and the U.S market hit them down really hard. Lost $3k plus in 5 days. Realized lost. Paper lost not in. Don't want to think about it. US is indeed coming close or even started RECESSION, just that those top leaders simply do not want to admit it! Dow was down below the critical level of 10,000 points last night. Its 9,955.50 points now. Tonight it might see some recovery but it would not be significant certainly. Ahhhhh so much hope dashed!! Not just that I ran 4D again!! And its again 1st PRIZE!! It opened 7751 on Sunday!! Whats my number? Its 0751!! Ouch!!! $20,000 gone just like that! Infact that same day 9514 opened consolation. My car is 9518! Thats $650 gone! The first prize was a real pain yet again!! Arghhhh financially its really weighing me down! Sigh!! 4D Gods? What happened!!? haha.

Mum will be closing her stall early today, she is still injured rather badly from the burnt last week. Sigh...She scalded her right leg, thigh down to feet. Sigh. She rested 3 days but carried on today though the wound is totally still very fresh! Sigh. So heart pain. I hope she will close early always starting from today!!

I am gonna go play with Zach now!!

I had tried to get Zach's interests from Lion Dance to Barney before by showing him Barney on YouTube but he was simply not interested back then. I believe it was the childcare that got his interest on Barney! And he totally is crazy with Barney! He love it so much! He has always been showing me Barney on his bag!! Also he keep wanting to see Barney VCD all the time :) So I got him a small Singing Barney few days back and decided since it was Childrens' Day today I got him another bigh talking Barney!! hehe. I got Kendice a Little Mermaid sling bag and a sticker. :) Here's a picture of Zach and his new friends!! heh

I had to censored his hehe ;) Anyway he loves his Barneys! ;) But he seems to like his small singing Barney more!! darn!! hahaha. He just pee in the room!! Anyway Dow set to fall today... Sigh! It dropped 777 points on Monday. Biggest drop in 20 years! Sigh... and I got 2 lots of Keppel a day before. Sigh. But the next day Dow gained 485 points!! But the following day which is today Singapore market is closed for Hari Raya. And now Dow set to fall today... OMG! Tomorrow STI will plunge likely. Sigh.

He won! After so much happened! He started way behind due to his luck in qualifying which left him far behind his the pole position! After Massa messed it up at the pit, of course not due to his fault but the light system. It was totally a boo boo show for Ferrari yesterday!! No points at all!! Hamilton got 3rd and gained a comfortable lead over Massa in the drivers' standing. Looks like the Championship is very much clearer for now. It was an amazing race yesterday!! Cool! Can't wait for the next Singapore F1 Night Race next year!! :) Maybe I could go watch it !!! heh

This is gonna be so cool! Tomorrow or rather later in the evening its gonna be history in the making for Singapore! 1st ever Formula One Night Race! Cool! How I wish I will be going to watch, but the ticket prices are way too pricey! Then again I guess watching at home would be a smarter thing to do. Its LIVE anyway! And on TV, we would be able to watch the entire track rather then being there and only able to watch the car zoom pass! ;) Sour grapes! haha. Anyway tomorrow 7:30pm! It will be it! :) Exciting Race surely!! :)

He's really picking things up really fast these days! And of course he is growing BIGGER each day too! Just now there was this kid who was smaller built then him...And Zach went to snatch his toy! And I apologized to the parent..The boy's mother was saying that Zach is Kor Kor but I asked how old was her so, and she replied me he is 2! I told him then that make Zach "Di Di"!! haha!! Zach really is a BIG boy!! :)

And here is Kendice! :) And of course as Zach ... She had really grown alot since they day she came here! Time really flies!! I rather she do not smile!! She look so weird in this shot! Anyway I always feel that Kendice will grow up to be a pretty lady next time! :) She definitely has the potential!! Now pls study hard Kendice!! :)
